Rochester Colonial was fantastic! It started when we dropped in the Lyell Ave showroom to look for a new exterior basement door. The selection was excellent and our salesperson was knowledgeable. The price was comparable but we feel the quality was superior. We were so impressed we ended up buying three doors (two exterior and one storm door). The installation process was about the most efficient home improvement experience we've had. Very professional, fast, neat, and never to busy to answer yet another ridiculous question we had. Owning a house is an endless cycle of home repairs and improvements. It's good to know that we'll never have to think about these doors again - but when we do, we'll remember the great service we got with Rochester Colonial.
