Louis and Craig did a beautiful job. They continued to work in the rain to assure the install was completed in one day. The garden window that replaced the "window to nowhere" really enhances that side of the house, and is a quality product. Your entire team has been a pleasure to work with!

The entire Rochester Colonial experience, from working with the salesman through the installation, was top notch. Our home is 26 years old and was in need of replacement windows and a door. Following hours of online research and our in person consultations with a number of local replacement window installers (including RBA, Pella) - we opted to spend a little more money and went with Rochester Colonial (Marvin Infinity windows and BenBilt Classic Craft door) for our job (20+ windows, including double hung, transom and casements, and a new front door, sidelights and a half-round) Now 1 week following installation, we couldn't be happier! The installation team was - efficient, receptive to our questions, kept a clean work site, and had a suburb craftsmanship, I would recommend them highly.
