Thoroughly professional from the initial sales call until the end of the installation. Can't praise you enough- especially at installation.

My problem was caused by a break in.. Rochester Colonial was right there for both the replacement of the damaged door and repaired what could be repaired. (All Rochester Colonial products to begin with). So thanks to Matt (sales) and the repair folks and the installers for the great (and neat) job.. (and the great product).

The installers were professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up upon completion. The installation was exactly as described- expected.

Both installers were great. Very professional and friendly. Anything that wasn't perfect (in their eyes), was worked on until it was.

Everyone we worked with was great! From the salesman to the installers.

He laid tarp and vacuumed when done, installer- fixed inside double doors that were off track, answered numerous questions, beautiful installation and product. Good price and sturdy doors.

Excellent experience. Everyone on the crew(s) were friendly, Knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed with the "well oiled" seemless process of it all. They worked in pretty cold (12 degree) conditions and still did and worked amazingly.

Really, everyone was great! From our first appointment with Phil to discuss what we wanted, to engineers who planned new windows, to the excellent installation crew. 

Install crew left areas cleaner than before they started! Great looking product.

My installers were great. Loved how the drop clothes came in 1st. Very professional every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with everything. Thank you.
