Our salesman Doug Decker was excellent to work with. Jim, the measurer, was very detailed and really helpful on a couple key decisions on install. His advice was absolutely key to the final result being perfect. Bill and Rich did a fine install. They really worked long and hard to make it a 100% install job!

From the beginning to the end the whole team was outstanding! Doug, Louis, Alex and Bill. Doug was very helpful with suggestions and offering options in choosing our windows, getting us exactly what we wanted. Louis did a great job listening to how we wanted our windows positioned and keeping us informed through the whole installation process. When the job was done and the installation team left, the only sign that they had been there (other than our beautiful new window) was the fact that the room was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. It was a great team, they worked well together and the installation went smoothly.
