The installer Frank did an outstanding job, well above our expectations.

The installer was excellent.  He was friendly, explained everything, left the job site spotless and made the new door look like it was always there.  Andrew was also great with our dogs,  A great experience start to finish.

Matt did an outstanding job in the installation of our two doors.  It was a very pleasant experience from the selection to installation with helpful hints in the selection of the door/hardware features.

Jack Miller was extremely helpful in sales.  Our installer, Andy and Brian, were excellent.  Professional and personable and cleaned up work area beautifully.  We also appreciated the visit by the supervisor of installation.  Reflected well and shows that Rochester Colonial really cares about customer satisfaction.
