We want to congratulate all the participants in this past Saturday’s (June 10, 2017) Tour de Cure for raising money for the American Diabetes Association. Our very own team consisted of over 15 members, who rode for over 460 miles on the sunny summer day. Riders had the option to complete either 20, 40, 60, or 100 miles for the event. Our team raised almost $8,000. Rochester Colonial was honored to have taken part in such a great cause!

Rochester Colonial’s Night at the Red Wings

Published September 3rd, 2015 by Admin

Every year Rochester Colonial employees and family members attend a Rochester Red Wings game. This year we had a great turnout for the Rochester Red Wings 8-1 win over the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders with. Along with a great game the families enjoyed the Wednesday night $1 hot dogs, dip-n-dots (children’s favorite), peanuts and cotton candy. The night ended with fireworks! A great way to end the summer before the school season starts back up.

Camp Good Days

Published September 23rd, 2014 by Admin

As you may recall, there were a few stormy days in May for a local community which caused severe damage and flooding. Families and friends had to come together in order to save local businesses as well as their homes. As the area tried to put the pieces back together, it gave this community an opportunity to show the world, just how committed they were to one another. The rebuilding needed to happen, and in some cases, it needed to happen quick!

Rochester Colonial caught wind of their needs, and set a mission to help. One cabin in particular had taken on so much water, debris, and mud, that it needed to be rebuilt completely. The original structure was removed and a new cabin was built.
