Nick was exceptional - no pressure, very accommodating, informative. He provided me with the options for the order to do installation if I was to do my windows in phases - over and above expectations! In the end I chose to do them all at the same time. Dan and Alex were wonderful - neat, considerate, polite (as were the other 2 gentlemen on the first day of installation). Bob was very nice and flexible and willing to accommodate my schedule and wishes if I was concerned about the virus.Rochester Colonial was recommended to me very highly by my neighbor and a couple of friends. Between that and a prior experience I had with them, I am so glad I went with RC. I did a lot of research on window material and found that fiberglass was the best. I have never had better servicemen do work for my home.  They knew what they were doing well.  The work was explained well before and during.  They found a major bit of damage below a large window - the wall was totally rotten.  It was seamingly a huge set back.  They got supplies & repaired the wall perfectly.

Doug (Salesperson) was the sales consultant who first met with me.  The decision making process for me was a bit overwhelming, but he did an excellent job helping me identify priorities. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and my needs and I believe helped me make the best decisions. The installing staff that came over to do the job were wonderful.  All were professional - took the time to introduce themselves to me, protect my home, and explain each step.  They were clearly highly skilled and efficient in completing a job that possibly could take two days in less than one day. I'm fairly certain my house was cleaner after they left than when they go here!  I was impressed that everyone here seemed to love their job and working with each other.  I suspect a rarity with work groups today.

Tony made no messes and set up so my cat wouldn't get out.  It was an extensive job & it's perfect now. Perfect beginning, middle & end - love my door & having a warm house!
