Bob (Installer) was completely professional!  His attention to detail and carpentry skills were beyond our greatest expectation. He was pleasure to have in our home! The other 3 workers that assisted Bob were also a pleasure to have in our home. Our salesman was great, he told us our options and gave us a price that same day.  When the door was ready to install we made the appt.  Our installer and his helper arrived early to start, (that was a good thing) our installer was Louis, his helper was Anthony.  Louis was Awesome!  Polite, neat, and most importantly a craftsman.  I'm a pretty picky person and I have No complaints about the install.  When they were done they even re-installed the spice rack I took down as advised.  They even replaced all of the spice bottles.  they hung the rack and replaced the bottles without me even knowing about it.  That's above and beyond!!!  Give an extra "At a Boy" to Louis and Anthony for us.  Thx for everything,

We appreciate the clean up.  The preparation with tarps plus the thorough sweeping afterwards was excellent.

I would like to commend the gentleman who installed our new door!  The weather was a challenge as it was snowing and cold. He was professional and courteous.  As our house is 90 yr's old and always has challenges with repairs or replacements he did an exemplary job.
