The installer was outstanding.  He was courteous, worked steadily & efficiently at his task, cleaned up after was finished.  He is a great representation of Rochester Colonial's personnel selection & training.

Craig, the installer worked so hard and was thorough and precise.  He answered all my questions and even adjusted my storm door, which I had not expected.  I don't think anyone could have done a better job.  He left the work site meticulous.  I would request him again.

The installer we had was excellent.  He was competent, friendly, cooperative, neat and a person you are comfortable with working around the house.  We are very pleased that we chose Rochester Colonial and that we had your installer do the work.

We had patio doors put in and was amazed when we saved on heating costs plus we live near train tracks and can barely hear the train now, so we decided on getting 4 new windows and are again amazed.  Selecting, installation, clean up is the best we have ever experienced.
